Job Title: Project Manager (Design and Development)
Salary: 30,000-60,000 BDT (Based on experience)
Location: Road-102, Home: 47 (Flat 47, 2nd Floor ) POHS-01, 300 feet Bashundhara-Purbachal Link road, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229.

Job Responsibilities
• Project Planning: In collaboration with stakeholders, define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA specialists, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project execution without exceeding budgets.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement project workflows and best practices to enhance efficiency and team productivity.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Resolve project-related challenges promptly to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design and development trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in design and development, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of web and app development processes, including UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and development languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team effectively.
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀:
• Regular office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, with a lunch break from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
• Saturdays will be half-days, from 08:00 AM to 1:00 PM, without a lunch break.
• Weekly holidays will be on Sundays.
• 10 minutes will be given for each prayer.
