Responsibilities & Context
A leading pharmaceutical company – manufacturing and marketing a wide range of quality products, is looking for a dynamic person to provide leadership and strengthen its existing production team.
Major Duties & Job responsibilities:
- To manage the overall activities of the functional area within the organization’s manufacturing facility.
- To ensure implementation and compliance with all cGMPs regulations, approved process steps, SOPs, quality procedures, safety, and environmental standards.
- To participate in the continuous improvement process by meeting the requirements of the quality system through proper documentation to add value of the Company’s objectives.
- To plan and ensure adequate supply of materials and availability of products to the external customers.
- To ensure proper training of supervisory staff and maintain appropriate records.
- To evaluate and ensure the capacity to meet the production requirements and manage resources effectively.
