Manage all affairs of all department of the company’s so that we can maximize profitability with minimizing risk.·
Run day-to-day activities of all departments of each company to achieve maximum efficiency.·
Ensure productivity and efficiency of all concern/company.
Initially will be responsible for all buyer coordination at head office & factory·
Renowned buyers to explore new opportunities for business expansion;·
Formulate and implement strategic plan for Merchandising to achieve on time & quality shipment.·
Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge. Able to line booking for round the year at any situation & run the factory independently.·
Monitor order status & hold regular meetings with merchandising & marketing team for planning and shipment of orders.
Communicate with knitting division, production division, planning division and respective merchandiser of the buyer for ensuring 100% knitting & dyeing quality, shade matching, and correct GSM. Raw material in-house follow-up
