Responsibilities & Context

• Set the school’s strategical directions in teaching and leadership roles.
• Set the vision and goals for the school.
• Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Establish and maintain school policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement and monitor the strategic development plan and academic growth goals.
• Build strong relationships with the management, teachers, other staffs, parents & the community.
• Must be actively involved in lesson planning, preparing teaching materials & curriculum development.
• To implement the daily programs as directed by the authority.
