Responsibilities & Context
- Lead the Research & Development Department with a focus on innovation, cost optimization, and product quality improvement.
- Develop new formulations of Polymer, Filler, and Color Masterbatch to meet customer requirements and market demands.
- Conduct laboratory research and pilot testing to ensure successful scale-up in production.
- Analyze raw materials, additives, and fillers to enhance product performance and efficiency.
- Maintain close coordination with the production, quality assurance, and sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of R&D outputs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all documentation, test reports, and technical data are properly maintained.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior staff and cross-functional teams.
