Prior experience in the catering or events industry in Bangladesh.
Established network with event planners, corporate clients, and venue operators.
Strong understanding of the local market and customer preferences in Dhaka.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the events and catering sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and individual customers.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts with service delivery and promotional campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Oversee sales pipelines, including lead generation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
Set sales targets for the team and regularly review performance metrics to ensure success.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and progress reports to management.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote services.
