Education

Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Prospect and connect with potential or existing clients through targeted cold calling and email campaigns about the product or service.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Assist senior team members in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Take and process customer queries/complaints in an accurate manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
- Requirements & Skills:
- Basic knowledge in SaaS products, e-Commerce platforms and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) sales principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Proficient in using computers and comfortable navigating CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
