Responsibilities & Context
- To maintain, operate, identify problems, repairs and replacing related activities of Desktop Computers, Laptop, Netbook, etc
- To identify the electrical problem of defective product of electronic components and equipment.
- To solve the problems after identifications (Desktop Computers, Laptop, Netbook).
- To inspect electronic components, such as, display panel, Main PCB, Power Board of PC & Laptops & others electronic peripheral device.
- To advise, teaching and training with Branch Technicians regarding problem identifications and troubleshooting.
- To collect and fetching spare parts from store.
- To entry Part No in Material requisition of SIS for collection spare parts from store.
