Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for Layer flock performance.
- Ensure proper flock management and shed activities – cleaning and disinfecting, preparation for chick placement, brooding, ventilation, grading, egg production, body weight management and shed records.
- Monitor flock health status, implement vaccination and medication program.
- Ensure strict and proper bio-security.
- Record keeping and analysis of flock record.
- Maintenance of all kind of equipment’s.
- Report to Farm Manager on daily basis.
- Maintain farm discipline, make work plan for supervisor and workers and monitor them closely.
- Prepare daily reports and give software posting (production data). Also prepare monthly production report and send to farm manager.
- Assist immediate supervisor in training workers·
