Responsibilities & Context

Assist in developing, review and revise the human resources management guidelines, prepare group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & Development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal etc.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.

Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee questions regarding benefits.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, such as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and company regulations.

Assist in addressing employee concerns and issues, acting as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.

Support the performance review process by helping to coordinate and track evaluations, providing necessary forms, and assisting with follow-up actions.

Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops, ensuring employees have access to necessary development opportunities.

Generate regular HR reports, such as employee turnover rates, headcount, and other key metrics, for management review.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing HR-related documents and correspondence.

Responsible for implementing the standard & good HR consulting agencies, Universities and other units.
