Location: EcoSense Resort & Holiday Inn Resort, Bandarban

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our resort’s restaurant. You will lead the front-of-house team, ensure excellent guest service, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with kitchen staff to provide a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and meets resort standards.
• Manage guest interactions, resolve complaints, and handle special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Help with staff training and development.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Monitor sales and assist with cost control to meet financial goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Working Hours:

• Flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Additional Requirement:

• We have two properties, Ecosense Resort & Holiday Inn Resort Bandarban.
• Willingness to work at both properties depending on operational needs.
