Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our resort’s restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. If you have great communication skills and a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guests’ questions about food and drinks.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while following hygiene and safety standards.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Address guest requests and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
