Must have practical experience in textile auxiliaries trailing at different mills and ensuring product performance and quality check.
Should be sound knowledge about different auxiliaries and chemicals of textiles.
Have to knowledge about different types of dyeing & printing process with their costing breakdown.
The applicants should have experience in technical trouble shooting of to achieve client’s satisfaction.
Should have basic commercial knowledge to deal payment terms and conditions
Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time by the top management
Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, self-organized positive attitude with leadership, guidance and support to the fabrics co-ordinating team.
Excellent in written and spoken English with emailing communication skills.
Experience in dyeing production will get preference.
Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the teammates.
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time frame.
Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills.
good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
