Experience

    • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements

  • Must have five (5) years of practical experience in the field of food product manufacturing. Preference will be given to those with experience working in international organizations abroad

Responsibilities & Context

A renowned Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing company in the country, “Six Seasons Food and Beverage Limited”, will recruit local/foreign people for the following positions in its factory.

  • Lead and manage overall production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Oversee production planning, inventory control, dispatch activities, and FIFO compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO requirements, and food safety regulations.
  • Monitor production costs, process losses, waste reduction, and continuous cost improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and sustain Manufacturing Excellence programs, including Kaizen, 5S, GEMBA, Autonomous Maintenance, and other productivity improvement activities.
  • Supervise workforce planning, shift management, training, and skill development programs.
  • Coordinate with R&D, QA, Purchase, Marketing, and Sales departments to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and corrective/preventive action implementation.
  • Maintain effective documentation, reporting systems, and factory administration.
  • Support productivity development, quality management, public relations, and overall business growth initiatives
