Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements
- Age 45 to 55 years
Responsibilities & Context
- Have a sound technical knowledge in dyeing & finishing.
- Properly understand buyer’s requirement.
- Monitor & ensure that the fabric & yearn dyeing process outside the dyeing factory.
- Monitor that the fabric inspection is going on in a systematic way.
- Process high degree of analytical ability on each and every dyeing finishing process.
- Plan supervise, and monitor the entire dyeing process to ensure production targets and quality standards are meet.
- Manage day-to-day dyeing operations including shade matching, recipe selection, and process control.
- Coordinate with the R&D, production, and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery of order.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the dyeing process and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of dyeing processes, production reports, and quality records.
