Responsibilities & Context

• Follow-up Dyeing program for proper batch loading, dyeing of Cotton, Cotton-Polyester blend using Vat, Reactive and Disperse dyes.

• Meet per day production requirements with proper programming and planning in dyeing Works out chemical recipes for dyes and decides on the correct treatments for different of fabric.

• Implement and monitor quality control measures at every stage of the dyeing process to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of excellence.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all batches of dyed yarn and fabric, including color formulas, process parameters, and quality outcomes for future reference and audits.

• Supervise dyeing operatives who mix dyes and feed the fabric through the machines.

• Oversee the Reactive and Indigo color dyeing for knit fabric and yarn.

• Do the design preparation of fabrics.

• Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.

• Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.

• Produce various type of process of dyeing and it required develop the process.

• Right first time (RFT) control of every batch.

• Ensure that all dyeing operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards, promoting a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

• Maintain COC & GPQ requirement.
