Responsibilities & Context
Follow-up Dyeing program for proper batch loading, dyeing of Cotton, Cotton-Polyester blend using Vat, Reactive and Disperse dyes. (Dyeing of woven/knitted fabrics).
Meet per day production requirements with proper programming and planning in dyeing Works out chemical recipes for dyes and decides on the correct treatments for different of fabric.
Supervise dyeing operatives who mix dyes and feed the fabric through the machines.
Oversee the Reactive and Indigo color dyeing for knitting and woven fabric and yarn.
Do the design preparation of fabrics.
Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
Keep better relations & communication with any other section head for purpose of production.
Produce various type of process of dyeing and it required develop the process.
Right first time (RFT) control of every batch.
Maintain COC & GPQ requirement.
