Responsibilities & Context
- Executive recruitment plan aligned with organizational objective.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand and address hiring needs.
- Supervise and guide the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
- Evaluate and improve recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage analytics and metrics to track and optimize recruitment performance.
- Prepare recruitment report and dashboards for management review.
- Support employer branding and initiatives to enhance the organization’s talent attraction efforts.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, Campus recruitment events and outreach programs.
