Requirements

Education

• Minimum Graduation in Marketing from any reputed institution.

Experience

• At least 6 years

  Garments, Textile, Sweater Industry, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory

• Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

Responsibilities & Context

• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager who will be responsible for Yarn (Sweater) Marketing in our Yarn (Sweater) Dyeing Factory.

• Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• You would be responsible for planning & supervising the marketing operations of your team to achieve sales targets.

• You would be responsible for ensuring of selling cone dyeing.

• You would be responsible for coordinating with Brand Managers in developing a marketing plan & budget.

• You would be required to take steps to increase brand awareness & market share.

• You would be required to maintain customer relationship programs & track customer satisfaction.

• You would be required to collaborate with the advertising responsible to initiate new consumer promotion campaigns & to develop consumer engagement plans.

• You would be required to generate sales & marketing reports for the management, as & when needed.

• You would be required to cooperate with the management to develop marketing programs & criteria to achieve sales goals.

• You would be required to evaluate the current marketing program & recommend improvements.

• You would be required to stay updated with the latest marketing trends & competitors’ activities.

• You would be required to recommend creative & cost-effective promotional activities.

• Any other task assigned by the head of the department.
