We are looking for smart, friendly, and energetic Travel Consultants to handle clients and manage office tasks for our travel agency.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Handling: Welcoming clients politely and understanding their travel or visa needs.
- Client Convincing: Convincing potential clients effectively to submit their application files.
- Documentation: Checking and organizing clients’ visa and tour documents.
- Computer Work: Managing daily data and reports using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Graphic Design: Creating simple social media posters or banners using Canva.
- Follow-up: Following up with clients regularly via phone calls and emails.
