Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc)
• Create engaging content, promotions and campaigns.
• Coordinate offline marketing activities, including events and collaborations.
• Handle customer engagement and respond to inquiries online.
• Work with food delivery platforms and manage online listings.
• oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback.
