Experience

  Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory

• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, steam and water systems, and
• textile machinery
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance tools, SOPs, and utility KPIs
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities & Context

As part of our continued growth and focus on operational excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Washing & Dyeing Division.

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of washing, dyeing, and finishing machinery (e.g., soft
• flow dyeing machine, hydro extractor, dryers, washers, etc.).
• Ensure optimal performance of utilities including boilers, compressors, pumps, blowers, and chillers.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with production and utility teams for seamless machine operations.
• Maintain documentation and daily maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend improvements for efficiency.
