Role Overview Summary
- The National Volunteer – Leadership and Development will accompany youth-led CSGs/networks (e.g. National Youth Forum and grassroots CSOs) across selected districts in Bangladesh to build inclusive leadership capacity. Through professional-standard coaching, reflective practice, and co-facilitated learning, the role will help youth platforms embed shared decision-making, inclusive facilitation, and values-driven leadership in their day-to-day work.
