Role Overview Summary

  • The National Volunteer – Youth Network/CSGs Capacity Building Accompanier will accompany a cluster of youth-led Civil Society Groups (CSGs)/networks including the National Youth Forum (NYF), Youth Club Network, Women Farmer group association and grassroots CSOs across selected districts in Bangladesh to strengthen their organisational and technical capacity to become resilient, self-sustaining, and well-equipped to organise around their development priorities. Anchored in the ACTIVE Extension Project, the role supports locally led action for equitable access to quality public services in areas such as inclusive governance and accountability, SRHR, climate resilience, DRR, and livelihoods.
