Experience
- 2 to 3 years

Responsibilities & Context
- Review daily production plans and conduct style assessments.
- Ensure all pre-production requirements are completed as per SOP.
- Monitor cutting quality and compliance with specifications.
- Identify and control critical-to-quality (CTQ) points.
- Inspect cut components for accuracy and workmanship.
- Analyze defects and implement corrective actions.
- Train the team on quality standards and inspection methods.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality records and prepare reports.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance cutting quality and efficiency.
