Responsibilities & Context
- Daily plan wise Dyeing Machine Utilization.
- Monitor and ensure sample dyeing production as per plan.
- Floor monitoring, shade matching & guideline to sub ordinates
- Ensure dyeing process based on process recipe to maintain RFT.
- Ensure lab to bulk & bulk to bulk RFT.
- Shade matching as per buyer standard/swatch & keep record.
- Minimize Water consumption every dyed batch.
- Working ERP, TDS & sado-master logic software.
