Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration

Experience

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services

Additional Requirements

Age At least 30 years

Exceptional verbal and written fluency in both English and Bangla.

High competence in MS Office applications.

Polished etiquette, pleasant personality, strong diplomatic skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel domestically or internationally for business tours as required.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly organized, and dynamic Personal Secretary (PS) to provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and strategic support to the CEO. This individual will serve as the primary gatekeeper and liaison for executive-level engagements, ensuring smooth coordination of internal and external communication.

Executive Administration: Report directly to the Chairman, managing their complex calendar, appointments, meeting agendas, and taking precise Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between Top Management, group company Heads of Departments (HODs), and sister concerns to ensure smooth information flow and implementation of decisions.
Government & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain close liaison with corporate partners and regulatory bodies.
Correspondence & Documentation: Independently draft and manage high-quality business letters, emails, presentations, and reports in both English and Bangla.
Travel & Protocol Management: Plan complete local and international itineraries (flights, hotels, transport, embassy visa processing).
Confidentiality & Data Security: Manage highly sensitive corporate, financial, and personal information with absolute discretion.
Operations & Project Support: Track project timelines, prioritize multi-task workflows, and coordinate with HR/Admin teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Office & Expense Tracking: Maintain accurate databases, track travel/office expenses, and prepare expense reports for management review.
