Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure smooth and efficient production runs.
- Achieve production targets within specified timelines.
- Maintain QC protocols as directed.
- Ensure product quality meets acceptable standards.
- Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
- Keep wastage within tolerance levels.
- Strictly adhere to systems and procedures as per SOP.
- Troubleshoot production problems and coordinate solutions.
- Support initiatives to improve productivity, product quality, process loss, and production cost control.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation processes are followed in the production area.
- Assist in compliance with safety regulations and protocols on the production floor.
- Maintain health and safety standards in the production unit.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Motivate and train workers for skill development.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Submit reports on time.
