Responsibilities & Context
GRASSROOT CO-OPERATION is a Bangladeshi National Non-Governmental and Non-profit, Humanitarian & Rights-based voluntary development organization working since 2008. GRC is inviting application from the eligible candidates for immediate appointment under “Bangladesh-America Maitree Project” which is funded by USAID and Prime Award BRAC for the Education Program at Rangpur district.
Major Responsibilities:

Developing detailed plans that include program objectives, timeline, deliverables, resource requirements, and budget.

Ensuring that the program has adequate resources (staff, funds, materials, etc.) and managing the allocation of resources effectively.

Hiring, training, and managing staff or volunteers working on the program, providing guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.

Collecting data on program outputs, outcomes, and impact. Analyzing this data to assess the effectiveness of the program and identify areas for improvement.

Regularly assessing program processes and outcomes to identify inefficiencies or areas where the program can be strengthened.
