- Educational qualification is SSC with at least 09 years practical experience in any 100% export oriented composite textile mills.

Responsibilities & Context
- Inspect fabric and trims before production begins.
- Monitor quality during cutting, sewing, and finishing processes.
- Conduct in-line and final inspections on garments.
- Ensure adherence to AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards.
- Identify and record any defects or non-conformance found in products.
- Communicate issues to production supervisors and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks and inspections.
- Coordinate with production, finishing, and packing teams to maintain quality.
- Assist in training operators and workers on quality requirements.
- Ensure garments meet buyer’s technical specifications.
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for quality assurance.
- Support audits by internal or external parties (buyers, compliance teams).
- Prepare reports for pre-final and final inspections.
