Responsibilities & Context

  • Greeting and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office·
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and phone/email·
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access the reception desk·
  • Answer, Screen and forward incoming phone calls·
  • Perform data entry of new client profiles and update database·
  • Answer all information in a professional, friendly manner and accurate messages with the current date and time.
