Responsibilities & Context

Field surveyors will play a critical role in supporting Padma Diagnostic Centre’s growth by providing ground-level insights and data. Their major responsibilities include
(1) Identifying and documenting the number of diagnostic centers, hospitals, and clinics in assigned zones.
(2) Mapping and profiling doctors with high patient volumes.
(3) Analyzing the types of diagnostic tests being offered in the area.
(4) Reporting which tests are not currently available, indicating a gap.
(5) Gathering detailed B2B intelligence: pricing models, referral patterns, service gaps, etc.
(6) Maintaining accurate and timely field reports.
(7) Assisting in local promotional activities (if required).
(8) Building potential leads and maintaining a positive relationship with medical stakeholders.
