Responsibilities & Context
Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:·
- Identify suspects and prospects through market research.
- Identify who are the clients advertising in other LED Advertising Display Boards.
- Identify who are the clients advertising in TV, Radio, Social Media and Newspapers.
- Source Potential Clients through Internet and Social Media Research.
- Create and update a database on a daily basis and identify which clients are moving from suspect to prospect to customer.
- Make calls to schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Make daily client visits.
- Make daily minutes report for the day’s activities and client visit.
- Keep track of monthly bills.
- Prepare bills.
- Gather all documents required for submitting bills.
- Submit bills on time.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Understanding our client’s requirements.
- Manage specific client accounts and to understand their needs and requirements and address any issues if raised by clients.
- Maintain constant communication with clients.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.·
