Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:·

Identify suspects and prospects through market research.
Identify who are the clients advertising in other LED Advertising Display Boards.
Identify who are the clients advertising in TV, Radio, Social Media and Newspapers.
Source Potential Clients through Internet and Social Media Research.
Create and update a database on a daily basis and identify which clients are moving from suspect to prospect to customer.
Make calls to schedule appointments with potential clients.
Make daily client visits.
Make daily minutes report for the day’s activities and client visit.
Keep track of monthly bills.
Prepare bills.
Gather all documents required for submitting bills.
Submit bills on time.
Follow up on outstanding payments.
Understanding our client’s requirements.
Manage specific client accounts and to understand their needs and requirements and address any issues if raised by clients.
Maintain constant communication with clients.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.·
