- Minimum Bachelor`s Degree from any recognized institution.
- Diploma/Course in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management will be preferred.
Experience

Additional Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff duties.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Support inventory, stock control, and wastage reduction.
- Handle billing operations, POS system, cash transactions, and daily sales reports.
- Train and guide team members to improve service quality.
- Ensure company policies, safety, and operational procedures are followed.
