Well reputed in own thana/district to be able to appoint new dealers for salt, detergent and others items of the company.
If you have a motorcycle with driving license, it will be considered an additional qualification.

Prepare sales strategy for salt, detergent, Oil & kitchen bar.
Collect orders & sales collection from customers.
Appoint new dealer and sales force in blank market.
Achieve weekly, monthly & yearly sales target.
Monitor sales force daily activities-including attendance, visit & sales/order collection.
Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly sales plan/report.
Manage sales team and achieve monthly sales targ.
Create market & increase market share in responsible area’s.
