• Preference will be given to candidates who has experience in salt and detergent sales.
• Well reputed in own thana/district to be able to appoint new dealers for salt, detergent and others items of the company.
• If you have a motorcycle with driving license, it will be considered an additional qualification.

Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare sales strategy for salt, detergent & kitchen bar.
• Collect orders & sales collection from customers.
• Appoint new dealer and sales force in blank market.
• Achieve weekly, monthly & yearly sales target.
• Monitor sales force daily activities-including attendance, visit & sales/order collection.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly sales plan/report.
• Manage sales team.
• Create market & increase market share in responsible area’s.
