Responsibilities & Context

At least five years’ experience working in technology-based business as a Sales Executive.

A Minimum 150 plus previous client base (Corporate and Government) required to apply for this Job, if you don’t have that please don’t apply.

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Work as the key player in achieving given sales targets at the assigned area(s).
  • Visit potential customers to generate / validate leads for Business and ICT products.
  • Visit existing customers to up-sell or cross-sell services and products, and also to provide required services.
  • Lock sales deals with the customers/corporate houses.
  • Ensure the required Agreement signing while selling any product/service.
  • Ensure product/service delivery to the customer following the complaint process.
  • Form strategic partnerships and organize and monitor events.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with customers.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients through regular market visits and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insights to refine sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.

At least five years’ experience working in technology-based business as a Sales Executive

  • A Minimum 150 plus previous client base (Corporate and Government) required to apply for this Job, if you don’t have that please don’t apply.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent proposal writing, and presentation skills is a must – both in English and in Bengali.
  • A natural ability to generate new business within and outside of your network and deal with clients at all levels, and translate client needs into a complete solution.
  • You will be able to develop and execute sales growth plans including sector programs and strategic account plans.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a strong commercial acumen, able to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Ability to foster a culture of performance within the Sales and Pre-Sales Teams aligned with a company’s strategy framework.
  • Experience working in a structured environment with detailed processes around sales planning and activity management.
  • Positive attitude, you will need to be persuasive, engaging, and able to develop and position a story.
  • A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering, economics, business administration, or a relevant field of study from a Bengali national public university or foreign university whilst nor necessary will be highly regarded.
