Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, International Business, Service Marketing

Experience

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Market Research Firms, Overseas Companies, Telecommunication, Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Additional Requirements

Age 26 to 35 years

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM/Call Center software)

Fluency in Bangla and English

Basic computer skills.

Must be willing to work the night shift.

Female candidates will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context

Make outbound calls to international clients to promote products/services.

Generate qualified leads and close telesales deals with overseas customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Communicate effectively with global clients via phone, email, and chat.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/Excel.

Provide market feedback and suggest improvements to the sales strategy.
