Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve institutional sales targets across assigned regions.Identify and engage new B2B clients such as government agencies, NGOs, cooperatives, large farms, and corporate buyers.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key institutional customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to the client’s requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align institutional offerings with client expectations.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure smooth execution of agreements, tenders, and MoUs.
• Manage a team of sales officers or representatives, providing leadership and guidance to achieve individual and team targets.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control in line with company policy.
• Submit sales reports, forecasts, and business intelligence to the senior management team on a regular basis.
