Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our FMCG products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Product Promotion: Promote and sell our FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and other potential customers.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas as set by the company.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
