The Display Centre of Sheltech Ceramics Limited at Dhaka is looking for professionals who will play a vital role in representing the brand and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The roles include presentable merchandising of products, managing inventory, conducting marketing activities, and ensuring immersive and engaging customer experience with our products. The employees at the centres will actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions, acting as a brand ambassador while also managing daily operations, financials, and reporting.

Vacancy: We need 1 male & 1 Female Candidate.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a pleasant experience.
Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
Processing sales, handling payments, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Demonstrate products and features to the customers.
Staying in touch with customers to address any post-purchase concerns.
Maintain customer records and databases.
Provide customer feedback to the display centre Incharge.
Conduct price and feature comparisons to the customers to facilitate purchasing.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom floor and appliances.
Ensure that all products are properly displayed with accurate tags, Leaflet, Catalog, Signage.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
