Responsibilities & Context

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Receive, analyze, and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Coordinate effectively among customers, service advisors, technicians, and other departments.

Manage Customer Relationship Management activities and maintain customer records accurately.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and customer service reports.

Maintain professional communication with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Utilize AI-powered productivity tools to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Follow company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and service standards.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
