  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate

Responsibilities & Context

  • Letter collection from Reception, Courier, and some other sources; entry in the register and distribution to the concerned department.
  •  Deployment & supervision of Cleaner/office attendant and supervision of their work.
  • Providing, replacing, and repairing floor furniture as and when required. Taking proper steps for Furniture repairing Lock repairing of Concord Centre.
  •  Arranging deep cleaning and pesticides in the office.
  •  Taking care of the Chairman’s house and MD house.
  • Collecting Rent and deposits to the Bank.
  • Collecting bills from Gulshan Society, Baridhara Society, and making payment.
  • Collecting bills from the Golf Club, Gulshan Club, Dhaka Club, and making payment.
  • Collecting utility bills of Concord Center, Chairman’s house, MD House, Badda Land and Gazipur Garden House and making payment.
  • Testing of Drinking water from ICDDRB.
  • Furniture shifting during renovation of any floor.
  • Sitting arrangement of new employees of HO.
  • Printing Items and Visiting Card distribution, bill collection and payment.
  • Issuing of Stationary Items of Admin Department.
  • Monthly payment to Transgender.
  •  Making lunch and tiffin bill
  •  Making overtime report.
  • Listing of material & furniture during final settlement with any tenant.
  • Making ID cards from Baridhara Society for the employees of MD house and HO.
  • Doing inventory with the team before and after renting out any flat or shop.
  • Any other duty assigned by the Department.
