Education

  • M.B.A/B.B.A in Human Resources Management.
  • Professional Certification: PGD in HR is preferable

Experience

    Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

Responsibilities & Context

Sajeeb Group invites application from competent & potential talents for the position of “Senior Executive- HR (Recruitment)”. This position will play an active role to lead the total recruitment process of Sajeeb Group. The candidate who can join immediately will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain overall recruitment process for all of the sister concern of Sajeeb Group.
  • Coordinate and conduct proper manpower planning, job analysis & prepare job description of employees at different levels as per company policy.
  • Collect and review manpower requisition, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct walk in interview frequently in different region.
  • To visit the factory to conduct the recruitment process.
  • Direct recruitment and selection process by using creative recruiting methods to hire the best talent.
  • Develop and maintain liaison with head hunters, recruitment agencies, technical training institutes and online job portals.
  • Keeping CV Bank update according to department, by internal and external source.
  • Develop & maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Run the company on boarding program for new employees to ensure that they are effectively integrated into the company.
  • Conduct training and recruitment for Sales Officer.
