Responsibilities & Context

Context:
We are looking for Sr. Executive- VAT for our cement factory. This position will be responsible for managing the VAT compliance and regulatory requirements for our cement factory. This role involves issuing various VAT documents, maintaining accurate VAT registrations, preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns, handling VAT audits, and ensuring compliance with the latest VAT and SD Acts. The Senior Executive, VAT, will work closely with multiple departments and maintain positive relationships with VAT offices and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain All VAT-related Register Book.
Have to Prepare Input-Output coefficient/ VAT 4.3
Prepare VAT Challan/VAT-6.3 according to the Govt. Rules and Regulations.
Have to make TR Challan & Deposit to the Bank.
Prepare Monthly VAT returns and submitted manually to and VAT online system.
Have to VDS knowledge and issue of VDS certificate (Mushak-6.6) and provide to stakeholders.
Maintain VAT audit activities for the demand of Customs, Excise, And VAT office.
Have knowledge of VAT software.
Teamwork with VAT, Store, delivery, production floor, and inter-department and Correspondence with local VAT and customs office.
Have knowledge on the new VAT and SD Act, 2012 & Rules, 2016.
