Supervise and optimize the dyeing process for knit fabrics, ensuring high efficiency and minimal wastage.
Maintain stringent quality standards, monitor fabric appearance, color consistency, and fastness properties.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Troubleshoot dyeing defects and implement corrective actions to improve overall process stability.
Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations, including waste management and chemical handling protocols.
Lead and mentor a team of dyeing technicians and supervisors to enhance their technical and managerial skills.
Control dyeing costs by optimizing chemical and utility consumption without compromising quality.
Coordinate with the merchandising and production teams to meet client specifications and delivery timelines.
Drive Eco-friendly dyeing practices and explore new technologies to reduce water and energy consumption.
Strong leadership and team management skills to drive operational excellence.
Hands-on experience in resolving dyeing and fabric finishing-related issues.
Awareness of global textile trends, sustainable dyeing technologies, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with international textile quality standards (Oeko-Tex, GOTS, ZDHC, etc.).
Exposure to lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
