Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Experience

- Age At most 45 years
- Only Male
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Knit Garments Manufacturing. At least 5 years in a senior managerial role in the Finishing Department.
Experience working with internationally renowned buyers is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
Excellent knowledge of finishing processes, quality standards, packing, and shipment procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.
Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage all finishing operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and company standards.
Plan, monitor, and control finishing processes to maximize productivity and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, IE, Planning, and Merchandising teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor packing, metal detection, final inspection, and shipment readiness.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, SOPs, health & safety, and factory regulations.
Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and motivate departmental staff through effective leadership and training.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
