Well conversant with IT equipment.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager / Manager – Quality (Yarn Dyeing) who will be responsible for the Yarn Dyeing Quality in the Yarn Dyeing Factory.

Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

Ensure the quality of dyed yarn and manage daily activities of the Quality Department.
Check the dyed yarn shade with the approved shade card and lab report.
Provide the right decision for major quality issues.
Discuss with the customer about problematic yarns which are knittable.
Handle the customer with their individual customers quality requirements.
Make a daily urgent list and give it to the dryer, hard winding, and packing section.
Analysis of the weekly and monthly quality performance.
Report to the top management with data and information.
Manage the QAD staff and workers.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
