Responsibilities & Context
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting & concepts on (TCP/IP,DNS,DHCP,VLANS etc).
- Configuration and installation of network devices such as routers, switches ,Fortinet.
- Hands on job experience on MS office 365 administration and Azure platform.
- Strong Knowledge of windows server, Active Directory, VM and Hyper V.
- Microsoft officer365 email service administration and C panel Management skills, Mail service management on Carbonio platform.
- File server management skills.
- Management IT support on demand.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Relevant Certification: MCSA, CCNA, Microsoft office 365 Administration.
