The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Architecture Firm, Dyeing Factory

Responsibilities & Context

Ensure dyeing loading happening according to schedule plan
Ensure section wise production plan vs output ( P to P)
Through put time follow up in operation via Taps
Day to day problem solving activities during the shift
Follow up FOC, short qty and urgent plan dyeing to RFD
Ensure dye unload and shade pass as per shade passing SOP
Make sure shade passing procedure is happening, quality review and decision making with QA team
Get enroll with engineering department for machine related problem solving activities
Critical mc breakdown identify and coordinate with engineering department and get it done the task
Monitoring mc loss time and update loos production
Ensure floor housekeeping and PPEs
Required manpower re arranging based on available cadre
Make sure all employees are working according to the health and safety protocol
Conducting awareness, training and pocket meetings with associates as per ongoing situation & Production increase.
Ensure to keep proper record and immediate action as per SOP for any accident & near misses in work place
Any emergency situation happen (like Sickness, fire and worker unrest) need to control the situation according to the company policy/SOP
Ensure emergency patient primary treatment and take outside medical facilities for better treatment
